What are American Pastimes hours of operation?
American Pastimes is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 9 to 1 on Saturday. Should you have a special requirement, simply contact us in advance and we will work to meet your needs.
Do you ship parts outside of California?
American Pastimes provides shipping to any location in the world. Simply contact us and we will be happy to get you the right part at the time you need it.

Does American Pastimes ship parts internationally?
Yes, we ship Internationally. For all orders outside the United States, we require a faxed front-back copy of the credit card as well as some form of picture ID. The credit card company will then be asked to authorize the transaction before shipping. This system will be maintained, even in the event of on-line authorization. Please allow extra time for processing International orders. The general terms of the largest credit card companies advise against accepting international orders via the internet, and these safeguards have been established to protect our customers. On large orders we may require a direct bank wire transfer of all funds before items are released for shipment. If you have specific questions about International orders, please contact us via e-mail.
What about shipping costs?
Actual shipping costs are added to your order at the time it ships. The shipping cost is NOT reflected in your confirmation e-mail. If you need to know exact shipping costs, please e-mail us with part numbers, your zip code and a request for shipping costs.
What methods of shipping does American Pastimes use?
We ship regular UPS Ground unless you specify Next Day, Second Day or Three Day Select. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will also ship through USPS if requested at the time of your order. The shipping cost is NOT reflected in your confirmation e-mail. Actual shipping cost are added when your order is shipped.
What is American Pastimes Return Policy?
If it is necessary to return an item please call 1-800-397-9462 for a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. This number must appear on all boxes to assure proper handling. All returns must be pre-paid. Our Receiving Department is not authorized to accept C.O.D.'s. All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped to you, and returned with in 30 days of original shipping date. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. No return on electrical parts or special orders. A copy of the original invoice must be included and an explanation of why the parts are being returned. Shipping charges are not refundable except when due to an error on our part.
How do I process a shipping damage claim?
All claims for damage must be made with the delivering carrier. This applies to concealed damages as well. Contact your package delivery service on exact process for claims.
Can you help me find parts or services that you do not offer?
American Pastimes strives to help you complete your project car with the right parts and services. With our expert staff, we help to research and provide you with the parts you need for your application. We will either make arrangements to have the parts shipped to you by the manufacturer or we will refer you to a vendor that can fully satisfy your needs.
Are prices subject to change?
Yes. Due to manufacturers price changes, all prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price increase, you will be notified by e-mail before your order is shipped.
