What methods of payment are accepted for internet orders?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover card . For international orders see above FAQ on  international shipping. In some instances we may ask for a photo copy of the front and back of the card and a copy of a state issued photo ID. To protect you from credit card fraud,  in addition to the above,  we may also ask the credit card company to verify large purchases before shipment. Normally this may take an extra day.

What methods of payment are accepted for phone orders?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover card. C.O.D. orders are accepted on an individual approval basis on orders not to exceed $200.00. Payment must be cashiers check or postal money order. We do not accept Personal checks for C.O.D.orders.

What if the item I want to order isn't listed online?

How do I order parts from your Online Store?

Online ordering should be quick and easy once you understand how the files are organized. Category > Items> Specific Part Number.  Simply find your item by looking through the store categories or doing a quick search. Once you find the item, select the "more details" option to go to the main page and description. Choose any desired options, select the number of items you'd like and click on the "Buy Now" button. If at any time you have problems with the ordering process, please drop us a quick email and we'll respond as soon as possible. If you have suggestions to make our process easier, please let us know.
