RC, a retired Fire Chief, has been a motorhead all his life. He has raced Corvettes and drag cars with three regional championships and taken show cars on the ISCA and Concours circuits to National and regional championships. RC and his wife have seven children and seven grandchildren because he says he didn't know any better, and he still plays with cars to this day.

Deb's Dad was a dyed in the wool hot rodder without benefit of sons. Growing up, they had a 51 Merc convertible, a ‘32 Ford Pickup and last but not least, a ‘29 highboy roadster. Those are just the memorable cars. She tore apart her first car, a ‘61 Comet when she was sixteen. Her teenage years were spent hanging out at the neighborhood gas station. The girls weren’t dumb, that’s were the guys and cars were. Her senior year in high school, she started dating the guy that worked at the gas station. (He had just bought a ‘69 GTO Judge and also owned a ‘39 Chevy 2 door sedan.) Through the years they’ve owned several street rods and muscle cars and still have the 1939 Chevy and a few other projects. In 1996 Deb opened her own street rod shop and has worked as temporary help for American Pastimes until the Spring of 2004, when she joined the crew here, handling customer service, the online store and promotions.
