To better serve you, we use Cookies to keep track of the items you add to your shopping cart. If after adding an item, you receive the message “Your shopping cart is empty!” or previous items you have added disappear, you probably have disabled your Cookies in your browser or you have your security settings set too high. Another common reason for technical problems during checkout is “cookie-trimming” or file utility software. Programs such as WebFree, Cookie Monster, Watchdog, Guard Dog, Cookie Cutter, Junkbuster and Watchdog may be set to suppress Cookies when using your browser.
The way to ensure your cookies are working varies from browser to browser. For example, Netscape allows you to change the settings to accept cookies by clicking Preferences on the Edit drop-down menu, then choosing Advanced and adjusting the settings in the Cookies box.
