American Pastimes will repair or replace, at our option, any product found to be defective in either material or workmanship for the life of the product as specified by the manner in which the product was purchased (e.g., as an individual item or as part of a package).  No monetary refund will be granted.  American Pastimes sole remedy will be repair or replacement.  Any product that has been altered, abused or incorrectly installed is not covered.  All parts are to be returned to American Pastimes at the owners expense for shipping and any labor to remove or replace the defective part.  No other warranties are expressed or implied.
