Should you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please call customer service at 1-800-397-9462 or email us at americanpastimes1@sbcglobal.net.  Our Customer Service Department will issue you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number before shipping.  The RGA number must be written on the label of the returned package.  Ship the item(s) back freight pre-paid with a copy of the original invoice.  Products must be in saleable condition with no alterations.  No electrical parts will be returned unless they are in a

sealed, unopened package.  Freight collect packages and packages without a clearly displayed RGA number will not be accepted.
